Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the coriander seeds briefly under running water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the coriander seeds and reduce the heat to a simmer.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea into a cup.
  6. Add honey and lemon juice if desired.
  7. Drink warm, once or twice a day for best results.
