Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the coriander seeds briefly under running water.
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the coriander seeds and reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Let the mixture simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey and lemon juice if desired.
- Drink warm, once or twice a day for best results.
