Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Add coriander seeds to a saucepan with 2 cups of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon juice if desired for extra flavor.
- Drink warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or before bed.
Tip: Drink daily for a week and observe the difference in swelling and water retention. Coriander seeds have natural diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce swelling.
Let me know if you’d like a version without honey (fully herbal), or if you want to add other detox ingredients like ginger or turmeric.
