Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 slice of lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the coriander seeds lightly to remove any dust or debris.
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the coriander seeds to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes, allowing the seeds to infuse the water.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Optional: Add honey and a slice of lemon for taste.
- Drink warm, preferably once or twice a day.
