INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small pot, add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Add the coriander seeds and let them boil for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and allow the tea to steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
