Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried dandelion root (or 1 dandelion tea bag)
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 slice of lemon (optional)
- 1 cup boiling water
- Honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Boil water – Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Steep ingredients – In a mug, add the dandelion root and grated ginger. Pour the boiling water over the ingredients.
- Let steep – Cover and let it steep for about 10–15 minutes.
- Strain and serve – Strain the tea into a clean cup. Add lemon slice and honey if desired.
- Drink – Enjoy once or twice a day, preferably in the morning and early afternoon.
