Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add ginger, chamomile, parsley, turmeric, and the cinnamon stick to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Add honey or lemon if desired.
