Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water (about 250 ml)
  • 1 tsp dried dandelion leaves (or 1 tea bag)
  • 1 tsp dried ginger (or a few slices fresh ginger)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the dried dandelion leaves and ginger to a cup.
  3. Pour the hot water over the herbs and let steep for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea (if using loose leaves) into a clean cup.
  5. Stir in the cinnamon, fresh lemon juice, and honey (if using).
  6. Sip slowly while warm.

Tip: For best results, drink 1–2 cups daily. Dandelion and ginger have mild diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce fluid retention.
