Ingredients
- 1 cup hot water (about 250 ml)
- 1 tsp dried dandelion leaves (or 1 tea bag)
- 1 tsp dried ginger (or a few slices fresh ginger)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a gentle boil.
- Add the dried dandelion leaves and ginger to a cup.
- Pour the hot water over the herbs and let steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain the tea (if using loose leaves) into a clean cup.
- Stir in the cinnamon, fresh lemon juice, and honey (if using).
- Sip slowly while warm.
