Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds (whole)
- 2 cups of water
- Optional: honey or lemon for taste
Instructions
- Rinse the coriander seeds briefly to remove any dust.
- In a small pot, add the seeds and 2 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the water reduces slightly.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Optionally, add a little honey or lemon juice for flavor.
- Drink warm — ideally once a day in the morning or evening.
