Instructions
- Pour the milk into a small saucepan and place over medium heat.
- Add turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne, ginger (if using), and black pepper.
- Stir constantly until the milk is hot but not boiling (about 3–5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in honey or maple syrup if desired.
