Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds

- 1 tablespoon carom seeds (ajwain)
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the seeds (fennel, cumin, and carom) under cold water to remove any impurities.
- In a small saucepan, add the seeds and water. Bring to a boil.
- Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a cup.
- (Optional) Add a teaspoon of lemon juice or honey for extra taste and benefits.
- Drink warm on an empty stomach every morning.
