Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: honey or lemon for taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the coriander seeds briefly under running water.
  2. In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the coriander seeds to the boiling water.
  4. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10–15 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
  6. Strain the tea into a cup.
  7. Add honey or lemon if desired.
  8. Drink once or twice daily for best results.
