Instructions
- Rinse the coriander seeds briefly under running water.
- In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the coriander seeds to the boiling water.
- Let it simmer on low heat for about 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
- Drink once or twice daily for best results.
