Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of water until warm (not too hot to preserve honey’s nutrients if using).
- Add ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon and stir well to dissolve.
- (Optional) Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and/or 1 tablespoon raw honey. Stir thoroughly.
- Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
- Drink warm before going to bed at night.
