π Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- Water (as needed)
- A pinch of salt (optional)
π©βπ³ Instructions:
- Take a saucepan and place the eggs gently inside.
- Add enough water to cover the eggs completely.
- Put the pan on medium heat and bring the water to a boil.
- Once boiling, cook for 7β10 minutes (7 minutes for soft, 10 for hard-boiled).
- Turn off the heat and remove the eggs carefully.
- Place them in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Peel and serve.
π‘ Tips:
- Use slightly old eggs for easy peeling.
- Add a little salt or vinegar to prevent cracking.
- Donβt overboil, or the yolk may turn grey.
- Store boiled eggs in the fridge for up to 5 days.
