Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the baking soda and water (or lemon juice) until a smooth paste forms.
(Add honey if your skin is dry or sensitive.) - Cleanse your face with warm water and pat dry.
- Apply the paste to areas with acne, blackheads, or age spots. Avoid the eye area.
- Gently massage in circular motions for 1 minute.
- Leave on for 5–10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.
- Follow with a gentle moisturizer or aloe vera gel.
🕐 Use 1–2 times per week. Do not overuse, as baking soda can dry out or irritate the skin if used too often.
