Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh aloe vera gel
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or any carrier oil like olive or almond oil)
- 1 tablespoon castor oil (optional for added growth)
- 5-6 drops of essential oil (lavender or rosemary for hair growth)
Instructions
- Prepare Aloe Vera Gel:
- If using fresh aloe vera, cut a leaf, scoop out the gel, and blend it to a smooth consistency. If using store-bought aloe vera gel, ensure it’s pure and free of additives.
- Combine Oils:
- In a small pan or microwave-safe bowl, warm the coconut oil (or chosen carrier oil) slightly. Add castor oil (if using) and stir well to mix the oils.
- Mix Aloe Vera Gel:
- Once the oils are mixed, add the aloe vera gel and stir until it’s well combined. The aloe vera should blend easily into the oils.
- Add Essential Oils:
- Add a few drops of your chosen essential oil for an extra boost of fragrance and hair benefits.
- Storage:
- Pour the mixture into a clean, airtight bottle or jar for storage. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Application:
- To use, apply the oil to your scalp and hair, massaging gently for about 5-10 minutes to improve blood circulation.
- Leave it on for at least an hour or overnight for best results. Wash out with a mild shampoo.
- Frequency:
- Use this treatment 2-3 times a week for optimal hair growth and to help prevent hair fall.
