Ingredients
- 2 cups skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp sugar-free sweetener (stevia/erythritol)
- 2 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
Instructions
- In a pan, pour the milk and turn on low heat.
- Add sugar-free sweetener and mix well.
- In a small bowl, dissolve cornflour in 3 tbsp water.
- Add this mixture to the milk while stirring continuously.
- Cook on low flame until thick and creamy.
- Stir constantly to avoid lumps.
- When the mixture becomes smooth and thick, turn off heat.
- Pour into a greased dish or mold.
- Let it cool at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
- Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
