Instructions

  3. In a small bowl, dissolve cornflour in 3 tbsp water.
  4. Add this mixture to the milk while stirring continuously.
  5. Cook on low flame until thick and creamy.
  6. Stir constantly to avoid lumps.
  7. When the mixture becomes smooth and thick, turn off heat.
  8. Pour into a greased dish or mold.
  9. Let it cool at room temperature.
  10. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
  11. Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
