- 5–6 dried bay leaves
- 1 ½ cups water

Instructions
- Boil the water: Add 1½ cups of water to a small pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add bay leaves: Once boiling, add the bay leaves and let them simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Cool & strain: Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Strain the liquid into a cup.
- Drink or apply:
