INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to boost turmeric absorption)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or coconut oil)
  • 1 cup warm water or plant-based milk (like almond or oat milk)
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey (for taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small pot, gently heat the water or milk (don’t boil).
  2. Stir in the turmeric, black pepper, and oil.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Add honey if desired, then drink warm.

HOW TO USE:
Drink once daily, preferably in the morning or before bed.
