INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (to boost turmeric absorption)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (or coconut oil)
- 1 cup warm water or plant-based milk (like almond or oat milk)
- Optional: 1 tsp honey (for taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small pot, gently heat the water or milk (don’t boil).
- Stir in the turmeric, black pepper, and oil.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add honey if desired, then drink warm.
HOW TO USE:
Drink once daily, preferably in the morning or before bed.
