Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried sage leaves (or a handful of fresh sage leaves)
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or lemon juice for taste

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
  2. Add the sage leaves and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for another 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Add honey or lemon if desired.
  6. Drink 1–2 times daily for best results.

Note:
Sage contains compounds that may help with inflammation, cognitive function, and pain. However, it should not replace medical treatment. Always consult your doctor before using herbal remedies—especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.
