Dessert I Make Twice a Week: Just Put Everything in the Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee (dissolved in 2 tbsp warm water)
  • 10–12 ladyfinger biscuits (or any soft cookies)
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp cocoa powder or melted chocolate (for richer taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine heavy cream, condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and dissolved coffee. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Layer:
In serving glasses or a tray, place a layer of ladyfinger biscuits. Pour over the blended mixture to cover them. Repeat layers if desired.
  3. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (or overnight) until firm.
  4. Dust and Serve:
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder. Garnish with grated chocolate or coffee beans if you like.
