Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 200g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee (dissolved in 2 tbsp warm water)
- 10–12 ladyfinger biscuits (or any soft cookies)
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Optional: 2 tbsp cocoa powder or melted chocolate (for richer taste)
Instructions
- Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine heavy cream, condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and dissolved coffee. Blend until smooth and creamy. - Layer:
In serving glasses or a tray, place a layer of ladyfinger biscuits. Pour over the blended mixture to cover them. Repeat layers if desired. - Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (or overnight) until firm. - Dust and Serve:
Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder. Garnish with grated chocolate or coffee beans if you like.
