INGREDENT
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 2 tbsp cocoa powder or peanut butter for variation
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into cups or bowls.
- Chill for 1 hour in the fridge or enjoy immediately!
- Top with sliced fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips if desired.
