Dessert I Make Twice a Week: Just Put Everything in the Blender

INGREDENT

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2 tbsp cocoa powder or peanut butter for variation

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into cups or bowls.
  4. Chill for 1 hour in the fridge or enjoy immediately!
  5. Top with sliced fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips if desired.
