INGREDIENTS
- 2–3 egg shells
- 1 cup water
- Toothpaste (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the egg shells thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
- Boil the shells in water for 5–10 minutes to kill bacteria.
- Let them dry completely.
- Grind the dried shells into a fine powder.
- Take a pinch of the powder and mix with your toothpaste (optional).
- Gently brush your teeth with this mixture for 2–3 minutes.
- Rinse your mouth well with water.
TIPS
- Use only 1–2 times a week to avoid damaging enamel.
- Make sure the powder is very fine to prevent scratches.
- Do not brush too hard—be gentle on teeth and gums.
- Always rinse properly after use.
