INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch fresh Parsley (washed and chopped)
- 2–3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- Honey to taste (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil 2–3 cups of water in a pot.
- Add chopped parsley to the boiling water.
- Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Turn off heat and cover for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add lemon juice or honey if desired.
- Drink warm, 1–2 times a day.
TIPS
- Do not drink in excess; 1–2 cups per day is enough.
- Stay hydrated with plain water throughout the day.
- Best taken in the morning or early afternoon.
