Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups milk (whole or any preferred type)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for a thicker texture, optional)
Instructions
- Blend the Bananas – In a blender, add the ripe bananas and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Sweeten (Optional) – Add honey or sugar and blend again.
- Thicken (Optional) – If you want a pudding-like texture, mix cornstarch with a little milk, then heat the banana mixture in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until thickened.
- Chill & Serve – Pour into cups, chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, and enjoy!
