Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups milk (whole or any preferred type)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for a thicker texture, optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Bananas – In a blender, add the ripe bananas and milk. Blend until smooth.
  2. Sweeten (Optional) – Add honey or sugar and blend again.
  3. Thicken (Optional) – If you want a pudding-like texture, mix cornstarch with a little milk, then heat the banana mixture in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until thickened.
