- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano (if using).
- Marinate the chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 8 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat the grill: Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken: Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 5–7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest and serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with your favorite sides!
