Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. Add cheese: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly coated with flour mixture.
  4. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
