- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Cinnamon Swirl Mixture:
- 1/4 cup granulated erythritol
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add melted butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients – erythritol, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over the batter. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl it slightly.
- Pour the remaining batter on top and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon mixture on top and create another swirl pattern.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
- Serve and enjoy your keto-friendly cinnamon bread with a cup of coffee or tea.
