Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (such as Oreos, crushed)
- 5 tbsp melted butter
Dark Chocolate Layer:
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Milk Chocolate Layer:
- 8 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
White Chocolate Layer:
- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping (optional):
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator while making the chocolate layers.
- Make the Dark Chocolate Layer:
- Heat the heavy cream over medium heat until warm (but not boiling).
- Pour over the chopped dark chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pour over the chilled crust and place in the fridge to set (about 20 minutes).
- Make the Milk Chocolate Layer:
- Repeat the same process as the dark chocolate layer, using milk chocolate instead.
- Pour over the set dark chocolate layer and refrigerate again for 20 minutes.
- Make the White Chocolate Layer:
- Follow the same steps using white chocolate.
- Pour over the milk chocolate layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Once fully set, remove from the pan and top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or cocoa powder.
- Slice and enjoy this rich, no-bake chocolate indulgence!
