Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder (if using), baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, depending on your microwave’s strength.
- Let cool for a minute. Enjoy warm as-is or with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream on top!
