Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder (if using), baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips.
  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, depending on your microwave’s strength.
  5. Let cool for a minute. Enjoy warm as-is or with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream on top!
