- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: chocolate chips, sprinkles, or cocoa powder for flavor
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until you get a smooth batter with no lumps.
- Optional: Fold in chocolate chips or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for extra flavor.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute to 1 minute 20 seconds, depending on your microwave’s power (start with 1 minute and check).
- Let it cool for a minute. The cake will be soft, fluffy, and ready to melt in your mouth!
- Serve as-is or top with whipped cream, Nutella, or fruit.
