Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
- Microwave on high for about 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcake cool slightly, then enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth goodness!
