Instructions
- Prepare the Patties:
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Form into oval-shaped patties (about 5–6 patties). - Brown the Patties (Optional but Recommended):
