Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets  
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)  

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
  3. Spread cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
