INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups dill pickle slices (drained and patted dry)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cornmeal (optional for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- Oil for deep frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C (350°F).
- Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Carefully place coated pickles into hot oil.
- Fry for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
