- 2 cups boiled & shredded chicken (or cooked minced beef)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 boiled mashed potato (for binding)
For Coating:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1–2 cups breadcrumbs
- Oil for deep frying

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add shredded chicken (or beef), spices, and salt.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Turn off heat and mix in mashed potato and fresh coriander.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
Step 2: Shape the Balls
- Take a small portion of mixture.
- Shape into small round balls or oval croquettes.
- Repeat until all mixture is used.
Step 3: Coat the Balls
- Roll each ball in flour.
- Dip into beaten egg.
- Coat well with breadcrumbs.
- For extra crispiness, repeat egg and breadcrumb coating.
Step 4: Fry
- Heat oil on medium flame.
- Fry balls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove on paper towel to drain excess oil.
