Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1–2 tsp balsamic glaze or lemon juice (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to do this in batches).
- Air-fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown on the edges.
- Remove and optionally drizzle with balsamic glaze or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
