Crispy Air-Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tsp balsamic glaze or lemon juice (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to do this in batches).
  4. Air-fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown on the edges.
  5. Remove and optionally drizzle with balsamic glaze or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
