Ingredients:

- 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned

- ½ cup toasted sunflower seeds (optional)
