- 6 oz (170g) white chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, divided
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1 egg white (optional, for extra fluffiness)
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate – In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave (stirring every 15 seconds). Let it cool slightly.
- Whip the Cream – In a separate bowl, beat 3/4 cup of the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar, then set aside.
- Fold the Mixture – Gently fold the cooled melted white chocolate into the whipped cream.
- Optional Extra Fluff – Whisk the egg white to stiff peaks and gently fold it in for an airier texture.
- Chill & Serve – Divide into serving glasses, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, and serve with fresh berries or white chocolate shavings.
