Creamy & Sweet Tiramisu – Easy 5-Ingredient Dessert

A classic Italian no-bake dessert, Tiramisu features layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and a creamy mascarpone mixture. It’s simple, quick, and absolutely delicious—everyone will love it!

Ingredients (5 Ingredients)

  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 200 g Ladyfinger biscuits (Savoiardi)
  • 1 cup Strong coffee, cooled

Optional for garnish: Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream mixture:
    • Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
    • Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Prepare the ladyfingers:
    • Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the cooled coffee (do not soak, or they’ll get soggy).
  3. Assemble the dessert:
    • In a serving dish, layer half of the coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
    • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.
    • Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (overnight is best) to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve:
    • Dust the top with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings before serving.

Tips for Perfect Tiramisu

  • Use strong coffee or espresso for a richer flavor.
  • Fold mascarpone gently to keep the cream light and airy.
  • Don’t over-soak the ladyfingers—they should be moist but not soggy.
  • Refrigeration is key: Tiramisu tastes best when chilled properly.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of coffee liqueur (optional).
