- Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare the ladyfingers:
- Dip each ladyfinger quickly into the cooled coffee (do not soak, or they’ll get soggy).

- In a serving dish, layer half of the coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours (overnight is best) to let the flavors meld.

- Dust the top with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings before serving.
Tips for Perfect Tiramisu
- Use strong coffee or espresso for a richer flavor.
- Fold mascarpone gently to keep the cream light and airy.
- Don’t over-soak the ladyfingers—they should be moist but not soggy.
- Refrigeration is key: Tiramisu tastes best when chilled properly.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of coffee liqueur (optional).
