INGREDIENT
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 2 cups milk (whole milk preferred for creaminess)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTION
- In a saucepan, combine the cooked rice, milk, and sugar.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about 15–20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or chilled, as you like!
