- 2 cups crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 cup condensed milk (sweetened)
- 1 cup whipping cream (chilled)
- ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with its juice and condensed milk. Mix until well blended.
- In another chilled bowl, whip the cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours before serving for the best texture and flavor.
Tip: For extra flavor, sprinkle shredded coconut or crushed biscuits on top before serving.
