INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits (optional for layering or topping)
Instructions
- Whip the Cream:
In a large mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until soft peaks form. - Mix in Sweetened Condensed Milk:
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined. - Add Pineapple:
Stir in the entire can of crushed pineapple with its juice. Mix until evenly incorporated. - Assemble (Optional):
In a dish or individual cups, layer the creamy mixture with crushed graham crackers if desired, or simply top with them for a slight crunch. - Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set and nicely chilled. - Serve:
Scoop and serve chilled. Garnish with extra crushed crackers or a pineapple slice if desired.
