🍍 Ingredients (4 only):
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups whipping cream (or heavy cream, cold)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, but adds depth)
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Whip the Cream:
- In a large chilled bowl, beat the cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Mix Pineapple and Milk:
- In another bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with juice and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add vanilla if using, and stir until well mixed.
- Fold Together:
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pineapple mixture until fully combined and creamy.
- Chill:
- Pour into serving dish or cups.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) to set and chill.
🍽️ Serving:
