Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

This recipe creates a rich and smooth peanut butter fudge that’s easy to make and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (12-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Combine Sugar, Milk, Butter, and Salt: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the butter melts.
  3. Boil and Cook: Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue to cook for 5 minutes, still stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from Heat: Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  5. Add Chocolate, Marshmallow Creme, and Peanut Butter: Immediately add the chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, and peanut butter to the hot mixture. Stir until everything is melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  7. Pour into Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  9. Cut and Serve: Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil or parchment paper overhang. Cut into small squares and serve.
