- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (3 oz) box orange gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the orange gelatin and boiling water until dissolved.
- Add the cold water and stir to combine. Let it cool for 10–15 minutes.
- Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth and thickened.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until fully set and chilled.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!
