For the Mousse
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (or 1 packet)
- ¼ cup warm water (to dissolve gelatin)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (optional, for extra creaminess)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Gelatin
- In a small bowl, dissolve 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin in ¼ cup of warm water.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom, then microwave for 10–15 seconds until fully melted. Set aside.
2. Blend the Ingredients
- In a blender, combine whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract.
- If using heavy cream, add it for a richer texture.
- Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
3. Incorporate the Gelatin
- Slowly pour the melted gelatin into the blender and blend again for 30 seconds to fully combine.
4. Set the Mousse
- Pour the mixture into a glass dish or individual dessert cups.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until it’s fully set.
