Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Slowly add in the warm milk and melted butter, mixing well.
- Gradually fold in the dry flour mixture until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
