- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk (warm)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Beat the eggs and sugar together in a large bowl until the mixture is light, fluffy, and doubled in size (about 4–5 minutes).
- Add vanilla extract and mix briefly.
- Sift in flour and baking powder. Gently fold into the egg mixture using a spatula to keep the batter airy.
- Slowly pour in warm milk and fold until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool slightly, then top with whipped cream or a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk for extra creaminess.
