Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of mangoes)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture, and if needed, add sugar for extra sweetness. Blend again if added.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
- Before serving, let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and enjoy!
