Creamy Mango and Chocolate Chip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of mangoes)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture, and if needed, add sugar for extra sweetness. Blend again if added.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until firm.
  6. Before serving, let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly, then scoop and enjoy!
