Creamy Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini work well)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for extra tang)
  • Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
  • Pickle slices (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving about 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease in the pan.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to let the flavors combine.
  5. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Gradually add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and bacon back into the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
  8. Let it cook together for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and optional pickle slices for that true cheeseburger vibe.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your indulgent, comfort-food masterpiece!
