Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini work well)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for extra tang)
- Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
- Pickle slices (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving about 1 tablespoon of the bacon grease in the pan.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to let the flavors combine.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta and bacon back into the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
- Let it cook together for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and optional pickle slices for that true cheeseburger vibe.
- Serve hot and enjoy your indulgent, comfort-food masterpiece!
