- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- While crust bakes, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, flour, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust and return to oven. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Allow bars to cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
